Brillo was founded by three distillation professionals with the goal of creating handcrafted, bespoke spirits without compromise. Each product is created from scratch, with meticulous attention to raw ingredients and botanicals. The distillery, a former paper mill transformed into a workshop and foundry, is now a place where experimentation and creativity blend with Italian liqueur tradition.

HIPPIE – Flower Liqueur – 25% ABV, 70 cl
A floral-based liqueur with citrus and wild herbs: lavender, violet, and chamomile. Fresh and delicate, ideal as a digestif or in complex cocktails.
B-MOT – Bergamot Liqueur – 25% ABV, 70 cl
Mediterranean bergamot liqueur with vanilla, fresh and slightly bitter. Perfect served neat or in Mediterranean-style cocktails.
SAMBLUC – Elderflower Liqueur – 18% ABV, 70 cl
Delicate and aromatic elderflower liqueur, perfect for refreshing cocktails and long drinks.
Botanical Gin – 40% ABV, 70 cl
Artisanal gin with juniper, bergamot, rosemary, coriander, cardamom, and Mediterranean mint. Aromatic and balsamic, ideal for Gin & Tonic, Collins, or creative twists.
