Npr’s Secret ? A Copper Still In Which We Distill All Our Botanicals. Jnpr N°1 Is In Fact Composed Of Juniper Berries, Coriander, Cardamom And Apple, A Nice Nod Of Its Norman Origins. Without Forgetting Our Bouquet Of Spices And Botanical Essences (Jamaica Chili, Cinnamon, Ginger, Java Pepper, Quassia Amara And Angelic) Which Give Jnpr N°1 A Unique Taste.

In recent years the aperitif has necessarily been synonymous with alcohol, even when you don’t want it. The alternatives ? Very often they were full of sugar. If we wanted something healthy we ended up with a simple glass of sparkling water, which cut out the fun side of the aperitif. For us it’s much better than that.

Our mission from 2020? Offer festive cocktails, with little or no sugar, which will not frustrate or bore you and which above all will allow you to share good moments with your loved ones, whatever the contents of your glass, as long as the taste is there.
